The residence “Da Concettina”

is a new structure and it is subdivided in elegant and decorous apartments in Taormina Mare.

All apartments have a balcony with sea view (frontal or lateral view).

Services:

The rates are meant per week and include:

Expenses for water, electricity, gas , air conditioning, linen and final cleaning of the apartment. Free parking (except from the 15th of June to the 15th of September).

Supplements:

Tourist tax € 3.00 per person per night. To be paid directly at the reception, separately from the account and the extras. They are exempt children under 12 years. The contribution is applied up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.

Further are on disposal the following services:

• • Additional bed, € 20,00 per day

• • Car rental, Transfers – on request

• Possibility of parking in a private garage – on request.

Payment clause:

• • In order to book an apartment we require a deposit to secure the booking.

• • Balance on arrival.

• • Damage deposit € 200,00

• For longer stays please ask for an offer. You could safe till up to 35%

Pets are not admitted in our residence.
